All docs are apostilled and ready to go

We made the long drive up to Montpelier, VT today and got the last of our documents apostilled. Well, at least I believe it is the last of them. I won’t be surprised if we are asked or find out we need something more. We needed to go to Montpelier, VT instead of Concord, NH because we got married in VT and we needed one more marriage license done. So we made the drive and got all the documents remaining done at one time. Vermont only charges $2 a document where NH charges $10 a document. Huge savings, since we had to go anyway.

If you find yourselves in Montpelier, I highly recommend you make a stop at the Main Street Grill & Bar for a bite to eat. On our way out of town we decided to grab a bite to eat, just at random we stopped here. We ate in the lounge downstairs because it was the only part open. As it turned out the restaurant was part of the New England Culinary Institute and everything was made from scratch. It was so yummy. We both had for our main dish the chicken salad croissant. I have to say I think it was the best and biggest croissant I have ever had. The food was awesome, very nice staff, and the place was elegantly decorated.

No word yet on a travel date !

Kami and Eric,

Congratulations!! And thank you for inviting me to read all about your journey. I am at work and shouldn't have read it now but after the 1st entry I couldn't stop. I can see how much you have been through and how long the journey has been, but before you know it, you will be holding your baby and the process won't matter. Best of luck to both of you and I look forward to reading along with you as you continue of your way to becoming 3.

Thanks for the blog invite! You are so right about the frustration of the paperwork! I thought I would go crazy getting the medical forms together. Ben & I are looking forward to meeting the two of you and your kiddo in Aqtobe!
