Grrr…we have been sitting back waiting for
Last Friday morning we got up called the Secretary of States office to see what hours they are open on Friday’s. As our luck with have it, they of course were closed for the day. As of today it has been 40 days since we found out that a child has been located and matched to us. This past Sunday (Jan. 13th) was our 10 month anniversary of submitting our documents.
Dear Baby,
Please be patient, we are racing over the speed bumps as fast as we can trying to get to you. We think about you everyday wondering what you are doing, if you are happy and healthy. We love you and we will be there as soon as we can.
Love hugs and kisses,

Kaz changes it's rules and regulations all the time. We had were almost ready to travel when we were told they just made the rule that they needed color copies of passports (before that black and white was fine). We had to scramble to find a way to get color copies of something every copy service told us was illegal to make color copies of.
Another family we know were already IN Kaz when they made this new rule and they still had to do it. So, they had to find somewhere to get it done in Kaz.
The good thing is, that it is a small delay. It only put us back from leaving by a few days so it really won't affect you much.
