Does anyone have advice on how to go about switching Lincoln's schedule to our hometown time zone? Last week when we moved from Aktobe to Almaty it was only a one hour time difference and he did not at all adjust to it. This wasn’t a big deal since it was only one hour. Once we go home we will be 10 hours behind where we are now. Day will be night and vice versa. I have some ideas but am looking for more advice. I want to have lots of ideas in case something doesn't seem to be working for us. Plus I am curious if anyone knows how long it will potentially take.
Please just email me directly with your advice kdykes (at) gmail.com.
THANK YOU

No clue. But you could try what they encourage you to do when, say, traveling to Europe. Try to get on the new schedule asap (perhaps going to bed a little earlier, but stay up as late as possible). It may be a rough first week, but I can't imagine any other way. They say that it takes one day to adjust for every hour of time difference. And I can relate to his 1 hour issues - when I go to Calif. the 2 hour difference throws me off. Though in a good way as I become a 'morning person' for the first couple of mornings!
